The Beech Alpen Inn and Top of the Beech Inn are kept entirely non-smoking inns. There will be a cleaning charge of $200 if the policy is ignored.
Reservations
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For later arrivals, please make arrangements, otherwise deposits will be forfeited.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- All reservations are secured with a deposit for the first night except holidays or special holiday weekends. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and we will confirm your reservation by fax or email.
- Final payment is due within 5 days of a reservation and 15 days before arrival. Personal checks are accepted when received 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 process fee.
- There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
General
- Our rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $15 is requested for each additional person.
- Children are welcome at the inns and must be properly supervised by their parents. However, we have no special bedding for children available.
- Pets are welcome at the inns, if well behaved and supervised by their owners. We have a small number of rooms where we allow pets, please call us for availability and prior arrangements. There will be a daily pet charge of $15.
- Our rates are subject to change without notice.
